Founded in 2021, WaiHome is owned and managed by James Roberts and Greg Wong. The company was formed when Greg, then managing operations at a Hawaii canoe manufacturing facility, learned of the looming cesspool crisis. Greg got on the phone with his old college roommate James who was investigating alternative onsite wastewater treatment solutions at the time. James was on a plane a couple months later and the company began to take shape.
